GUIDELINES FOR DEVELOPING THE SERVICE MARKETING MIX OF TALAY BUA DAENG TOUR BOAT GROUP IN UDON THANI PROVINCE
Abstract
The objective of this study was to examine the present state of the service marketing mix of the Talay Bua Daeng tour boat group in Udon Thani Province, and to propose guidelines for the development of its service marketing. The research included 400 Thai tourists who visited Talay Bua Daeng in Udon Thani Province, selected using a convenience sampling method from six piers in the vicinity of Nong Han, namely Ban Diam, Don Khong, Kon Sai, Chae Lae, Non Nam Yoi, and Chiang Waeo. Data was collected through a questionnaire, and analyzed through mean and standard deviation calculations. The results showed that the Talay Bua Daeng tour boat group in Udon Thani Province had a high overall rating for its marketing mix. Among the various components of the marketing mix, physical characteristics had the highest average score of 4.49, followed by personnel with an average of 4.35, price with an average of 4.20, distribution channel with an average of 4.18, service process with an average of 4.14, product with an average of 3.76, and marketing promotion with an average of 3.46. The guidelines for the development of service marketing for the Talay Bua Daeng tour boat group in Udon Thani Province include offering attractive discounts to encourage the purchase of products and services, creating a variety of community-based products, introducing modern equipment and technology in the services provided, and leveraging social media platforms in different formats for effective public relations.

ASSESSING NEEDS IN HYBRID INSTRUCTION
Abstract
This study aims to identify and prioritize the needs of hybrid teaching and learning and propose appropriate approaches to address these needs. The research was conducted in two phases. In Step 1, a questionnaire identified and prioritized the need for hybrid teaching and learning among lecturers from Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. The research utilized statistical tools such as mean, standard deviation, and Modified Priority Needs Index (PNI modified) to prioritize the needs. In Step 2, a suitable approach was presented to address the identified needs using interviews and content analysis with a sample group of 5 experts.
The findings indicate that the highest need for hybrid teaching and learning was related to system infrastructure and communication technology, followed by education and learning with face-to-face and online learning, student needs, and course content. Appropriate approaches to address these needs include learning process planning, network system development, and training for instructors and students.

Product Development of Pineapple Paper from Pineapple (Ananas comosus) Waste Materials for Sustainability of Pineapple Farmer Community
Abstract
This research aimed to develop pineapple paper product from agricultural waste in pineapple farm to assess the efficiency of design towards consumer needs and to create management guidelines for the pineapple farmer community. The pineapple papers were prepared from waste pineapple leaves. The chemical composition of pineapple paper was investigated. The color was measured and the CIELab (L*, a*, b*) was used to evaluate the color of the pineapple papers. From the results, it was found that the pineapple leaves contained cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin 57.78%, 27.75% and 5.59%, respectively. The pineapple paper had white color and smooth surface with high L* value. The consumer survey was conducted. The population for this study consisted of 50 participants. The questionnaires consisted of three parts which are: a) General information, b) Attitudes of consumer towards the product, c) consumer acceptance in pineapple paper characteristics such as outer appearance, paper quality, texture, color and eco-friendly image. The results indicated that satisfaction with outer appearance, paper quality, color, texture and eco-friendly image was all at the highest level. Papers produced from Pineapple leaves will be an innovative product of the community and can promote a sustainable bio-based economy of pineapple farmer community.

The Development of Digital Marketing Promotion Strategies for Creating Competitive Advantages of Ban Pradu Agricultural Community Enterprise, Nan Province
Abstract
This research aimed to investigate the current state of the problem and develop digital marketing promotion strategies for the Ban Pradu Agricultural Community Enterprise located in Nan Province. A sample of 40 members from the enterprise group in Thung Chang Subdistrict, Thung Chang District, Nan Province, participated in the study. The research utilized several methods, including a structured questionnaire and focus group interviews, to collect data. Content analysis was employed to analyze the gathered data.
The findings indicated that 1) the development of digital marketing promotion strategies in community enterprises was at a low-level regarding advertising, public relations, promotion, personal selling, and direct marketing promotion. Furthermore, the study identified members' lack of marketing knowledge, inadequate funding, and limited knowledge of digital communication technology as contributing factors to the low level of digital marketing promotion strategies; and 2) to address these issues, guidelines were proposed for the development of digital marketing promotion strategies in community enterprises. These guidelines included creating a product page via Facebook, employing product photography and content writing techniques, using product page advertising techniques, and increasing government public relations. Additionally, the study recommended that community enterprises focus on marketing rather than production, by enhancing members' marketing knowledge to improve efficiency and effectiveness in responding to consumers' needs in the digital age, and generating income for long-term self-reliance.

Purchase Decision on Consumer Goods in The Service Value of Third-Party Logistics Service Provider
Abstract
The use of freight forwarders can therefore influence the purchase decisions of consumers. The purpose of this research is to study the value of transport companies' services, influencing the purchase decisions of customers who purchase consumer goods online. The research model is quantitative research. A sample was 400 online product customers from fan pages, who had more than one online shopping experience in a period of no more than 6 months. The data were analyzed by second order confirmatory factor analysis and multiple regression analysis The results have shown that high-performance data management is the most dominant factor in consumer purchasing decisions, next the quality of the delivery staff, and operations with social and environmental development. These results are beneficial for online selling businesses because it can be used as a guideline for choosing the transportation service provider that customers have expected.

Satisfaction with the service of the officials of HIDA in the Graduate School at Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University
Abstract
The purpose of this research is to effectively study Satisfaction with the service of the officials of HIDA in the Graduate School at Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. Using two forms of questionnaire: 1) paper type 2) An online type was used to collect data from participants. Forty people were trained in the third-generation course and analyzed using ready-made programs.
The results revealed that:
1. Information on the personal data of 40 respondents revealed that most respondents were female, 31 representing 77.50 percent, and male, nine people representing 22.50 percent.
2. Satisfaction level data with the service of the officials of HIDA in the Graduate School At Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, overall satisfaction in all aspects was average. Of (x ̅ = 4.88), which was at a high level. The issues with the highest average level were Politeness, smiling and being cheerful. Manners and manners of service personnel and honesty in performing duties, such as not asking for compensation or accepting bribes, do not wrongfully take advantage, etc. (x ̅ = 5.00) The issue with the lowest average level is that officials know. Student Satisfaction with the Services of Development Administration Program, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University
Abstract
This study aimed to investigate student satisfaction with the services provided by the Department of Development Administration at Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, focusing on four aspects: service process/procedure, staff service, facilitating channels, and service quality. The study was conducted using a survey research methodology to provide guidelines for improving the quality of services. The sample consisted of 30 master's and doctoral students in development administration enrolled in the second academic year of the 2023 academic year, Selected with proportional sampling method. Most participants are current students, accounting for 70%. of the sample size. The data was collected through a satisfaction survey with a consistency index 1.00. The analysis was performed using mean percentage and standard deviation. The findings revealed high satisfaction among the students with the services the Development Administration Program provided, with an overall satisfaction level of x̄ = 4.63 and S.D = 0.44. Service quality received the highest level of satisfaction among the five aspects. The results showed that students were delighted with the services the Development Administration program provided, with an overall satisfaction level of x̄ = 4.63 and S.D = 0.44. Service quality received the highest satisfaction in five areas, with average scores for interpersonal skills and responsibilities of x̄ = 4.78 and S.D = 0.36. Service processes and procedures, followed by mean scores of x̄ = 4.81 and S.D = 0.36. For personnel, service providers scored x̄ = 4.53 and S.D = 0.49. THE USE OF ACADEMIC SERVICE KNOWLEDGE TO ENHANCE SKILLS AND INCREASE INCOME FOR THE COMMUNITY, GRADUATE SCHOOL, SUAN SUNANDHA RAJABHAT UNIVERSITY
Abstract
The objective of this research was to enhance the transfer of knowledge in academic services for the development of community income at the Graduate School of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. The study utilized a closed-ended questionnaire to collect data from a sample of 40 academic service participants. Results revealed that the majority of the participants in the academic service project were females (65%) with 35 participants, while the number of male participants was 5, representing 35% of the total sample, and the overall level of knowledge and understanding towards participation in the academic service project was the highest, with an average of 4.71. The participants also expressed high levels of satisfaction towards participating in the academic service project, with an average of 4.74. Furthermore, the study found that participants were able to apply the knowledge gained from the project to their daily lives, develop their careers, earn extra income, build good relationships with the community, and establish academic cooperation networks.

Guidelines for Developing Electronic Journal Services for Graduate Studies Journals at Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University
Abstract
The objectives of this research were: (1) to examine the level of satisfaction with the e-journal service development of graduate studies journals at Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, and (2) to investigate guidelines for the development of electronic journal services for the Journal of Graduate Studies at the same university. The study employed a purposive random sampling method, and the samples consisted of graduate students and the general public who accessed the online journal using a questionnaire for data collection. The statistical methods used in data analysis were percentage, mean, and standard deviation.
The results indicated that (1) the majority of respondents were female, comprising 72.0 percent of the sample, with the largest age group being 36 to 40 years, representing 32.0 percent of the sample. Furthermore, half of the sample consisted of students (50.0 percent), and the majority of respondents held a master's degree, accounting for 60.0 percent of the sample. (2) The results demonstrated that the level of satisfaction with the development of e-journal services was at its highest level, with all items achieving the highest level of satisfaction. The top three items that received the highest satisfaction scores were: clear contact channels for system administrators, clear and appropriate graphic design, and the processing speed in information search, and the convenience of accessing and downloading journals, with mean values of 4.44, 4.42, 4.40, and 4.40, respectively.

Factors Affecting the Success in Doing a Thesis of Students in the Master’s Degree in Business Administration Program, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Thailand
Abstract
This research aimed to examine factors which lead to the success in doing a thesis of students in the Master’s degree in Business Administration Program of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Thailand. A quantitative research approach was employed in this study. The data were gathered from 40 students studying in this program. A self-administered questionnaire was used to gather the data. The data were then analyzed using descriptive statistics including means and percentage. The findings showed that the majority of the respondents were female (25 persons), accounting for 62.5 percent, and the rest (15 persons) were male, accounting for 37.5 percent. Their ages ranged from 31-35 years old. In addition, it was found that the most important factor enabling the students to complete their thesis was supervisors (the mean score was 4.45), followed by supporting facilities provided by the Graduate School, students’ academic knowledge and time management, respectively,

Understanding and Knowledge of the Staff Members of the Graduate School of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University on the Development and Submission of the Curriculum Reports
Abstract
This study aimed to investigate the understanding and knowledge of the staff members of the Graduate School of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University on the development of the curriculum reports and the process for the report to gain approval from the University’s Academic Council. A qualitative research approach was employed in this research. Data were gathered from 45 staff members of the Graduate School of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Bangkok, Thailand. A questionnaire was developed and used to collect the data. Descriptive statistics including percentage, mean, and standard deviation were used to analyze the data. Thirty-three of the respondents were female, accounting for 80 percent, while the rest were male, accounting for 20 percent. Their ages ranged from 26 to 35 years old. More than half of them were Bachelor’s degree holders. The findings showed that their understanding on the process of checking and verifying the curriculum reports before submitting to the Academic Council of the University was at a moderate level (mean score = 3.87). In addition, their knowledge on the components of the curriculum reports was also at a moderate level (mean score = 3.51). These findings indicate that the staff members should be trained on all aspects concerning with the preparation of the curriculum report.

Factors affecting the disbursement efficiency of graduate schools Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University
Abstract
The objective of this research is to study 1) the level of operating system, skills, knowledge, competence, management style, and disbursement efficiency of the Graduate School, and 2) the factors affecting the disbursement efficiency of the Graduate School. The sample is executives. Teachers and staff involved in the budget disbursement process had 50 participants who used questionnaires to collect data. Analyze the data with mean, standard deviation, and multiple regression analysis.
The results showed that 1) operating systems, skills, knowledge, abilities, and management styles as a whole were at the highest level; 2) as for the disbursement efficiency of the graduate school, the overall level is at a high level; and 3) the operating system, skills, knowledge, and management style were at the highest level. It affects the disbursement efficiency of the graduate school statistically significantly at the level of 0.05.

Satisfaction with Services for Checking Completeness of Thesis/Independent Study Printing Provided by the Graduate School of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University
Abstract
The objectives of this study are two-fold. Firstly, it aims to investigate the level of satisfaction among service users. Secondly, it aims to identify any issues or areas for improvement in the quality of service, using theoretical information, concepts, and previous research in conjunction with in-depth interviews to develop a comprehensive research study. The population for this study consisted of 60 students who were enrolled in bachelor's, master's, and doctoral programs. Data were collected through questionnaires, and statistical analysis was conducted using percentages, mean values, and standard deviations. The majority of respondents were female (39 individuals, 64.40 percent) and 21 were male (35.60 percent). In terms of education level, most of the respondents were pursuing a master's degree (29 individuals, 48.3 percent) followed by doctoral degrees (18 individuals, 30.00 percent). The frequency of service usage was highest for monthly 1-2 times (with an average of 38.30), followed by 1-2 times per week and uncertain usage (both with an average of 28.30). Satisfaction with the quality of service was evaluated based on politeness, good courtesy, convenience of service provision, and overall service quality. The results indicated that satisfaction with politeness and good courtesy was at the highest level, with an average rating of 4.15. Convenience of service provision and overall service quality were rated as high, with an average rating of 4.13.

Utilizing Turnitin Program to Investigate Research Piracy
Abstract
This study presents a guideline for preventing research piracy aimed at lecturers, staff, and graduate students of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. The sample group comprised 70 professors and students who had requested research plagiarism detection services. Data was collected through questionnaires, and descriptive statistics were used for data analysis, including frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Results indicate that the majority of the sample group was female (49 individuals), aged 31-40 years, single, and had a monthly income between 25,000 - 30,000 baht. The mean score for Turnitin plagiarism detection was 4.05, with a standard deviation of 0.57. This study provides practical insights and recommendations for researchers to prevent research piracy and uphold academic integrity.

The objectives of this research are: 1. Study factors affecting graduate students' graduation. Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University 2. Using Social Media to Publicize the Doctor of Philosophy Program in Philosophy and Ethics at the Graduate School of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University
Abstract
The present study aims to investigate the efficacy of social media platforms in publicizing the Doctor of Philosophy Program in Philosophy and Ethics at the Graduate School of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. This research adopts a survey-based approach, with a sample of 15 participants who are currently enrolled in the Doctor of Philosophy program. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire and analyzed using descriptive statistics, frequency distribution, and percentages. The results reveal that the majority of the respondents are female participants between the ages of 41 and 50, who are unmarried and have an average monthly income of 25,000-35,000 baht. It was also found that the participants reported high levels of satisfaction with regard to the accessibility, reliability, and clarity of information regarding the program.

Abstract
A study of Satisfaction of graduate students on graduate school form online. The objective is to study graduate students' satisfaction levels with the use of graduate school form online. The population used for this study is graduate students. A total of 100 people who submitted research articles for publication were used to collect data, and questionnaires and statistics were used to analyze the data, including percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The Quality of Student Satisfaction towards the Doctor of Philosophy Program Development Management Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University
Abstract
This study aimed to investigate the quality of student satisfaction towards the Doctor of Philosophy Program in Development Administration at Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University during the academic year 2023. The research population was comprised of 63 Doctor of Philosophy students enrolled in the program during the second semester of the academic year 2022. Of the 63 students, 50 returned the questionnaire, representing a response rate of 79.36 percent. The research tool employed in this study was a questionnaire, and data analysis was conducted using mean and percentage statistics. The level of student satisfaction with teaching and learning was classified by year and gender, and the results showed that student satisfaction towards teaching and learning management in the Doctor of Philosophy Program in Development Administration at Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University during the academic year 2023 was high across all four aspects. Follow-up Pattern for Linguistics Students, Graduate School, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University
Abstract
The objective of this study was to investigate issues and suggestions for student follow-up in the Linguistics Program at the Graduate School of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. The study employed a specific sampling method, and the sample group consisted of 22 students from the Linguistics Program, class 10-17, at the aforementioned university. The data were collected through questionnaires, and descriptive statistics were used to analyze the data, including percentage, mean, and standard deviation to characterize the demographic features of the participants. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Concerning personal factors, most of the students in the Linguistics Program, Class 10-17, at the Graduate School of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University were female (72.7%, n=16), aged 40 years or older (59.1%, n=13), and enrolled in the teaching English as a foreign language program (88.8%, n=16). (2) The overall level of opinions of Linguistics Students in Class 10-17 at the Graduate School of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University on the follow-up pattern of Linguistics Students was high (x̄ = 4.50, S.D. = .500). When considering each aspect, all aspects received high ratings with the thesis advisor receiving the highest rating (x̄ = 4.75, S.D. = .495), followed by the curriculum and teaching (x̄ = 4.50, S.D. = .503), and the student's perspective (x̄ = 4.25, S.D. = .502), respectively.

The Development of Organizing Online Conference process of the Graduate School, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University
Abstract
This research study aimed to develop an efficient system for organizing online conferences at the Graduate School of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. A questionnaire was used to collect information from the 120 individuals who registered for the 12th National and International Conference organized by the Graduate School, and the data were analyzed using a statistical program.
The results revealed that:
1. The sample group consisted of 100 people, of which 65 were female, representing 65.0 percentage and 35 were male, representing 35.0 percentage. The majority of the participants were graduate students (78 people, 78.0 percentage), while the remaining 22 participants (22.0 percentage) were teachers and staff members.
2. The participants' level of satisfaction with the organization of academic conferences and research presentations at the national level was measured, and the results showed that the overall satisfaction level in all aspects was high, with an average score of 4.15. The benefits received from the event had the highest mean value ( M= 4.68), followed by the overall satisfaction of the participants ( M= 4.42). The website's ease of access and recognition was rated as moderate ( M= 3.19).

Satisfaction with Supply Services among Academic Staff in Graduate School, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University
Abstract
This study aimed to investigate the level of satisfaction with supply services among academic staff in the graduate schools of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. A quantitative research method was used, and data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to a sample of 30 academic staff members who completed all of the questionnaires. The majority of the sample was female (28 people, representing 93.33 percent) and aged 31-40 years (25 people, representing 83.33 percent). The average level of satisfaction regarding the various aspects of supply services was found to be significantly high, as indicated by the score of 4.45 percent.

Abstract
This research aimed to study Thai massage's effectiveness in treating osteoarthritis in patients and compare the pain levels of patients with osteoarthritis before and after the massage. The sample consisted of 10 patients receiving medical treatment at a traditional Thai medicine clinic, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. Due to knee pain not being treated with other methods, the results were compared before and after the massage. The sampling method used is selective selection. Data was collected through interviews and examinations and analyzed using statistical analysis software. The statistics used are percentage, mean, standard deviation, and paired t-test.

Student Satisfaction with Educational Institution Administrator Licensing Services
Abstract
The present study investigates the satisfaction levels of students applying for licenses to practice as school administrators in the field of educational administration at Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. The sample comprised 50 students enrolled in the Educational Administration Program, and data were collected through a questionnaire. Descriptive statistics, including frequency, mean, and standard deviation, were used to analyze the data. Results indicate that students' overall satisfaction with the licensing services was high (x̄ = 4.05). Service personnel received the highest satisfaction ratings (x̄ = 4.23), followed by location and facilities, process/service procedures (x̄ = 4.09), and information resources (x̄ = 3.94), respectively.

The Effectiveness and Satisfaction of Thai Traditional Medicine Services at the Thai Traditional Medicine Clinic, Wang Suan Sunandha Hotel, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University
Abstract
The present study aimed to investigate the effectiveness and satisfaction of Thai traditional medicine services in the Thai Traditional Medicine Clinic at Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. Specifically, the study had the following objectives: (1) to examine personal factors and service use behavior of Thai traditional medicine services, (2) to investigate the effectiveness and satisfaction from receiving treatment and providing Thai traditional medicine services, and (3) to explore suggestions for utilizing Thai traditional medicine services. The sample population comprised of 30 patients who had either received treatment or utilized Thai traditional medical services at the Thai Traditional Medicine Clinic, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. Online questionnaires were employed as the primary data collection tool in this study. The study findings indicated that the following factors were most satisfying to the participants in descending order: (1) Appropriateness of dress worn by doctors and staff, with 14 participants expressing their satisfaction; (2) cleanliness and safety of the facilities, with 13 participants expressing their satisfaction; (3) cleanliness of the clinic and medical equipment, with 12 participants expressing their satisfaction; (4) reasonableness of the medical fees, with 9 participants expressing their satisfaction; (5) provision of advice from doctors and staff, with 8 participants expressing their satisfaction; (6) appropriateness of the welcome behavior from the staff, with 7 participants expressing their satisfaction; (7) the competence of the physician in treating patients, with 6 participants expressing their satisfaction; (8) efficiency of physicians in treating patients, with 6 participants expressing their satisfaction; (9) waiting time for doctors and staff to receive services, with 5 participants expressing their satisfaction; and (10) convenience in traveling for service, with 4 participants expressing their satisfaction. Based on the study findings, the following policy recommendations are suggested: (1) Thai traditional medicine clinics should prepare travel maps and offer comprehensive information on public transportation options to enhance accessibility for patients; (2) Thai traditional medicine clinics should streamline service procedures to reduce waiting times and enhance the overall efficiency of services provided; and (3) Thai traditional medicine clinics should re-evaluate service rates to ensure they are appropriate and reasonable for patients.

The population used for this study was academic support personnel of the Graduate School of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, a total of 20 people, divided into 3 first-level executives and 17 operational personnel. Data were collected and analyzed using document research and field research.
The results of the study found that.
1. The methods for developing the performance potential of Graduate School Personnel Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University
1) Using the law as a tool for proactive work, such as applying legal knowledge to the situation that arises.
2) Supporting personnel to receive training to gain knowledge and expertise in the line of work according to each individual's position.
3) Rotating duties and responsibilities to create a learning process, develop skills, and develop various expertise. They can work in place of each other when another officer cannot come to work.
4) Being assigned the authority to make decisions in the work for which he is fully responsible.

The effect Ya-hom Navagoth (Thai Traditional Medicine) to insomnia symptoms
Abstract
This study aimed to study Thai Hom Navagoth Pharmacopeia's effectiveness in treating insomnia at Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Dusit Sub-district. Dusit Bangkok A questionnaire was used to collect data from 30 individuals with a PSQI (Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index) score of more than five according to the University of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) criteria and analyze the data using a statistical program.
The results revealed that:
1. According to the respondents, there were 15 female personnel, representing 50 Percentage, and 15 males, representing 50 Percentage. 15 people between 20-30 years old or Percentage Age range 31-60 years 15 people Percentage. 15 students accounted for Percentage University staff 15 students accounted for Percentage. Single status 21 persons ( Percentage) Marital status 9 persons ( Percentage). 17 undergraduate students, accounting for 56.67 Percentage, and postgraduate education 13 students, accounting for 43.33 Percentage. 10 people exercised, accounting for 33.33 Percentage, not exercising 20 people, accounting for 66.67 Percentage. Twenty-seven people drank coffee, accounting for 90 Percent; did not drink coffee; 3 people, accounting for 10 Percent. Twenty-six people drank alcohol, accounting for 86.67 Percent; did not drink alcohol; 4 people, accounting for 13.33 Percent. 2 smokers accounted for 6.67 Percent; non-smokers, 28 people accounted for 93.33 Percent.
Subjective sleep quality Before taking Hom Navakot, most people scored sleep quality at 3 points for 17 people. After taking Hom Navagoth, most scored sleep quality at 1 point for 22 people, which is a lower score. Better sleep quality. Sleep latency before taking Hom Navagoth was mainly rated at 3 points. Most of them scored 2 points for sleep performance. Fifteen students who were on a lower score had better sleep performance. Sleep duration Before taking Hom Navagoth, most scored 3 points for sleep duration. And after taking Hom Navagoth, most scored sleep time at 1 point. There were 20 students on a reduced score. Have a better sleep interval. Habitual sleep efficiency Before taking Hom Navagoth, most scored 3 points on sleep behavior. And after taking Hom Navagoth, most scored sleep behavior at 1 point. There were 20 students with a lower score. Have better sleep habits. Before taking Hom Navagoth, most scored sleep disturbance at 2 points. And after taking Hom Navagoth, most scored sleep disturbances at 1 point. Twenty-three students were on a lower score. Sleep disturbances improve. Use of sleeping medication Before taking Hom Navakot, most people scored 1 and 2 points for sleeping pills. 9 people each. After taking Hom Navakot, all 30 subjects scored sleeping pills at 0, which is on a lower scale. The use of sleeping pills improves. Most daytime dysfunction before taking Hom Navakot was scored 3 points for ineffective daytime work. Most of them scored 1 point for ineffective daytime work. Eighteen students were on a reduced score—improved daytime work. The Global PSQI score before taking Hom Navakot was mainly scored on overall sleep quality. 16-20 of 22 people with total average sleep quality score ( 土 SD) = 15.93 土 2.45 and after taking Hom Navakoth pills with total sleep quality score in the range of 6-10 for 17 people with a decrease in average sleep quality (土 SD) = 6.17 土 1.97, which is within the lower score range. It has an overall score of better sleep quality.

FACTORS AFFECTING GRADUATION OF MASTER’S DEGREE STUDENTS IN MASTER OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION PROGRAM, GRADUATE STUDIES, SUAN SUNANDHA RAJABHAT UNIVERSITY
Abstract
This research employed a quantitative approach to examine the factors affecting the graduation of Master's degree students in the Master of Business Administration (MBA) Program at Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. The study sample comprised 40 participants enrolled in the MBA program, and the research instruments used were questionnaires. The statistical package utilized percentage, mean, and standard deviation for data analysis.
The results revealed that the sample group consisted of 40 MBA students, with 65 females representing 65.0 percent and 25 males representing 62.5 percent. Moreover, 21 participants were aged between 31 and 40 years old, and 39 respondents were employed, accounting for 52.5 percent of the sample. Additionally, 97.5 percent of participants financed their educational expenses through personal budgets, with 32 participants covering 80 percent of their expenses. The analysis demonstrated that the overall level of opinions regarding the factors influencing the graduation of Master's degree students in the MBA program at Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University was high, with an average score of 4.08. Further, the study found that faculty advisors played a crucial role, and this factor received the highest mean score. The three factors rated at a high level were curriculum management, personal attributes, and the graduation application process, with mean scores of 4.07, 3.95, and 3.93, respectively.

Guidelines for Improving Quality of Student Services in Educational Administration Program, Graduate School, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University
Abstract
The aim of this study is to investigate the guidelines for developing student service quality and their impact on the service quality of the Educational Administration Program at the Graduate School of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. Specifically, the study aims to examine the level of student satisfaction and identify guidelines for improving the quality of student services in the field of Educational Administration at the graduate school of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. The population used in the study were 50 students in the Master of Education program (2-year program) in the academic year 2022. The questionnaire was used as a tool for data collection. The data were analyzed by computer program using percentage, mean and deviation statistics. The study's findings showed that the majority of respondents were female (87.8 percent) with ages ranging between 31 and 40 years (58 percent), held a Bachelor's degree (82 percent), and worked as government teachers (94 percent). Regarding the level of satisfaction with service quality in the Educational Administration program at the Graduate School of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, the results indicated that the respondents had the highest level of satisfaction. The analytical findings of the study are presented as follows. Regarding the physical appearance analysis results, the service personnel's suitability of dress, personality, and behavior (dressed politely) received an average score of 4.70. Additionally, the staff's knowledge and ability to provide services, such as answering questions, clarifying queries, and giving advice, were rated very well, with an average score of 4.72, indicating the highest level of satisfaction. In terms of the analysis of receiving services, the average score was 4.67. The respondents rated seeking advice in various fields particularly high, with an average score of 4.72. The analysis of satisfaction with the service process/procedure revealed an average score of 4.76 for clarity in explaining and introducing procedures for providing services. Furthermore, the analysis of satisfaction with the results of the service indicated that the overall satisfaction received from the branch's services had an average score of 4.76. Notably, the personal information of respondents, such as gender, age, education level, and job line, did not significantly affect the satisfaction level of students. Based on the questionnaire, recommendations for good and impressive services were provided.

A MODEL FOR ENHANCING THE EFFICIENCY OF ELDERLY BUSINESS OPERATION
Abstract
The objective of this research is to present a conceptual framework aimed The Model for enhancing the efficiency of elderly business operation in Bangkok, based on a comprehensive review and synthesis of existing literature. This research was conducted using a mixed methods approach, incorporating both quantitative and qualitative research methods. This combination leverages the strengths of each method to enhance the overall quality of the study. The researcher selected the embedded design research model for this study, which is primarily based on quantitative research. This approach was informed by a review of literature and research related to the relevant variables. A comprehensive literature review was conducted, involving the systematic gathering of information from both Thai and English articles. Sources were obtained from academic databases on the internet and from scholars worldwide. The data were then analyzed using content analysis. The search results were categorized into concepts and theories related to variables that impact the efficiency of elderly business operation in Bangkok. Concepts and theories regarding the enhancement of efficiency in elderly-operated businesses in Bangkok, as well as the relationships between variables in the model, were identified from the theoretical possibilities of the literature review. Consequently, the researcher established a model to represent the relationships among the variables studied in this research. In the research concept framework to lead the statistical analysis using structural equation modeling (SEM) techniques and subsequent stages of the research process. A literature review provides researchers with insights that can be utilized to properly analyze the collected data, ensuring its reliability and validity.
