Abstract :

The objective of this research is to present a conceptual framework aimed The Model for enhancing the efficiency of elderly business operation in Bangkok, based on a comprehensive review and synthesis of existing literature. This research was conducted using a mixed methods approach, incorporating both quantitative and qualitative research methods. This combination leverages the strengths of each method to enhance the overall quality of the study. The researcher selected the embedded design research model for this study, which is primarily based on quantitative research. This approach was informed by a review of literature and research related to the relevant variables. A comprehensive literature review was conducted, involving the systematic gathering of information from both Thai and English articles. Sources were obtained from academic databases on the internet and from scholars worldwide. The data were then analyzed using content analysis. The search results were categorized into concepts and theories related to variables that impact the efficiency of elderly business operation in Bangkok. Concepts and theories regarding the enhancement of efficiency in elderly-operated businesses in Bangkok, as well as the relationships between variables in the model, were identified from the theoretical possibilities of the literature review. Consequently, the researcher established a model to represent the relationships among the variables studied in this research. In the research concept framework to lead the statistical analysis using structural equation modeling (SEM) techniques and subsequent stages of the research process. A literature review provides researchers with insights that can be utilized to properly analyze the collected data, ensuring its reliability and validity.
